Section 203(b) of the Act is amended (1) by inserting after “State” the second time it appears in paragraph (1) the following “(as determined on the basis of the latest appropriate data)”, (2) by inserting after “States” the second time it appears in such paragraph the following “(as so determined)”, (3) by inserting after “State” the second time it appears in paragraph (2) the following “(as determined on the basis of the latest appropriate data)”, and (4) by inserting after “States” the second time it appears in paragraph (2) the following “(as so determined)”.
