community action—use of public facilities Sec. 207. Section 205(f) of the Act (as so redesignated by section 206) is amended by inserting before the period at the end thereof the following: “and to programs which make the maximum utilization of existing schools, community centers, settlement houses, and other facilities during times they are not in use for their primary purpose”.
