job corps—maximum capacity of job corps camps and centers Sec. 104. Section 104 of the Act is amended by adding at the end thereof (after the subsection added by section 103) the following: “(f) The Director shall not use any funds made available to carry out this part for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967, in such a manner as to increase the capacity of conservation camps and training centers of the Job Corps above the capacity of 45,000 enrollees in such camps and centers.”
