SEC. 2106. AUTHORIZED LONG-TERM FACILITIES CONTRACTS.Subject to section 2809 of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary of the Army may enter into longterm contracts for construction, management, and operation of facilities for the purpose shown, and in the estimated capital investment cost shown, for the following installations: (1) Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, child development center, $1,900,000. (2) Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, transient quarters, $6,000,000. (3) Fort Irwin, California, consolidated maintenance and supply complex, $30,000,000. (4) Fort McPherson, Georgia, child development center, $2,300,000. (5) Price Support Center, Illinois, transient quarters, $6,000,000. (6) Detroit Arsenal, Detroit, Michigan, child development center, $1,100,000. (7) Fort Belvoir, Virginia, child development center, $6,500,000.
