Sec. 103. Section 303 of the District of Columbia Police and Firemen’s Salary Act, of 1958 (D.C. Code, sec. 4–829) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: “(e) As used in this Act, the term ‘calendar week of active service’ includes all periods of leave with pay, and periods of non pay status which do not cumulatively equal one basic workweek.”
