SEC. 3401. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for the purpose of carrying out the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950 (50 U.S.C. App. 2251 et seq.), as follows: (1) For fiscal year 1992, $148,628,000. (2) For fiscal year 1993, $137,728,000.
