evaluation and report Sec. 206. The Secretary shall submit to the President for transmission to the Congress before July 1, 1969, a full report of the administration of the provisions of section 532 of the Social Security Act (as added by section 205 of this Act), together with an evaluation of the program established thereby and his recommendations as to continuation of and modifications in that program.
