eligibility of children over age 18 attending school Sec. 409. Clause (2)(B) of section 406(a) of the Social Security Act is amended by striking out “(as determined in accordance with standards prescribed by the Secretary) a student regularly attending a high school in pursuance of a course of study leading to a high school diploma or its equivalent,” and inserting in lieu thereof “(as determined by the State in accordance with standards prescribed by the Secretary) a student regularly attending a school, college, or university,”.
