Sections 3(a), 403(a), 1003(a), 1403(a), and 1603(a) of the Social Security Act are each amended by inserting “premiums under part B of title XVIII for individuals who are recipients of money payments under such plan and other” after “expenditures for” in the parenthetical phrase appearing in so much of paragraph (1) thereof as precedes clause (A), and in the parenthetical phrase appearing in paragraph (2) thereof.
