Sec. 108. Subsection (i) of section 203 of the Act, entitled “land stabilization, conservation, and erosion control”, is amended to read as follows: “(i) Not to exceed $19,000,000 of the funds authorized in section 401 of this Act for the two-fiscal-year period ending June 30, 1969, shall be available to carry out this section.”
