Sec. 102. Paragraph (4) of section 4(c) of the Small Business Act is amended— (1) by striking out “$1,400,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$1,900,000,000”; (2) by striking out “$400,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$450,000,000”; (3) by striking out “$200,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$300,000,000”; and (4) by striking out “$100,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$200,000,000”.
