Sec. 604. The Secretary of Defense, or his designee, is authorized to accomplish alterations, additions, expansions, or extensions not otherwise authorized by law, to existing public quarters at a cost not to exceed— (a) For the Department of the Army, $7,000,000. (b) For the Department of the Navy, $5,000,000. (c) For the Department of the Air Force, $5,000,000. (d) For the Defense Agencies, $671,000.
