Construction, National Capital Airports For necessary expenses for construction at the federally owned civil airports in the vicinity of the District of Columbia, $160,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the unexpended balances of the appropriations for “Construction, Dulles International Airport” and “Construction, Washington National Airport” shall be merged with this appropriation.
