Bureau of International Labor Affairs salaries and expenses For expenses necessary for the conduct of international labor affairs, $1,348,000. special foreign currency program For payments in foreign currencies which the Treasury Department determines to be excess to the normal requirements of the United States, for necessary expenses of the Bureau of International Labor Affairs, as authorized by law, $75,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That this appropriation shall be available, in addition to other appropriations to such agency for payments in the foregoing currencies.
