educational television Sec. 121. Section 4355 (a) of title 39, United States Code, is amended by striking out the period at the end of item (10) and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon and the word “or”, and by adding after item (10) the following new item: “(11) program announcements or guides published by an educational radio or television agency of a State or political subdivision thereof or by a nonprofit educational radio or television station.”.
