Federal Funds federal payment to the district of columbia For additional amounts for “Federal payment to the District of Columbia” for the general fund of the District of Columbia, $8,000,000, and for loans to the District of Columbia for the general fund for capital outlay, $6,046,000. which together with balances of previous appropriations for this purpose, shall remain available until expended.
