Senate contingent expenses of the senate Miscellaneous Items For an additional amount for miscellaneous items, $90,000, including $30,000 for payment to the Architect of the Capitol in accordance with section 4 of Public Law 87–82, approved July 6, 1961: Provided, That effective January 1, 1967, and thereafter, the contingent fund of the Senate is made available for the reimbursement to each Senator of strictly official telephone service charges incurred outside of the. District of Columbia in each fiscal quarter not exceeding $300, said payment to lie made in accordance with regulations promulgated by the Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate. Stationery (Revolving Fund) For an additional amount for stationery for Senators and the President of the Senate, $53,400: Provided, That effective with the fiscal year 1967 and thereafter the allowance for stationery for each Senator and the President of the Senate shall be at the rate of $3,000 per annum.
