technical amendments Sec. 111. (a) Sections 121, 122, 123, 124, and 125 of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 (and all references to such sections) are redesignated as 141, 142, 143, 144, and 145, respectively. (b) Section 141 of such Act (and all references to such section) is redesignated as 161. (c) Section 105 of title 3, United States Code, is amended by inserting after “Executive Secretary of the National Aeronautics and Space Council,” the following: “of the Executive Secretary of the Economic Opportunity Council,”.
