agricultural workers Sec. 109. Section 205(c) of the Act of September 30, 1950 (Public Law 874, Eighty-first Congress), is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph: “(3) For purposes of this subsection, with the concurrence of his parents, a migratory child of a migratory agricultural worker shall be deemed to continue to be such a child for a period, not in excess of five years, during which he resides in the area served by the agency carrying on a program or project under this subsection.”
