conforming amendments Sec. 703. (a) That part of section 801 (as so redesignated by section 702 of this Act) of the Elementary and Secondary Education 81 Stat. 820Act of 1965 which precedes clause (a) is amended by striking out “and VI”and inserting in lieu thereof “VI, and VI I”. (b) Clause (j) of such section 801 as amended by this Act is further amended by striking out “and VI” and inserting in lieu thereof “VI, and VII”.
