authorization extended Sec. 504. Section 314 of the Adult Education Act of 1966 is amended by striking out “and” before “$60,000,000” and by inserting the following after “June 30, 1968,”: “$70,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1969, and $80,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970,”.
