elimination of special reduction in allowable days of inpatient hospital services for patients in tuberculosis hospitals Sec. 146. (a) Section 1812(c) of the Social Security Act (as amended by section 138 of this Act) is further amended— (1) by striking out “a psychiatric hospital or a tuberculosis hospital” and inserting in lieu thereof “a psychiatric hospital”, (2) by striking out “and inpatient tuberculosis hospital services”. and (3) by striking out “or tuberculosis”. (b) The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to payment for services furnished after December 31, 1967.
