Sec. 108. The first, section of the Act approved November 5, 1966 (Public Law 89–759) is amended by inserting “and directed” immediately following “authorized” and by amending paragraph (1) to read as follows: “(1) select as the site of a permanent heliport, the parking facility referred to in section 102(a)(3) of the National Visitor Center Facilities Act of 1968;”.
