SEC. 107. CERTAIN CSRS SERVICE CREDITABLE TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY FOR 1.1 PERCENT ACCRUAL RATE. Section 302(a)(1)(D) of the Federal Employees’ Retirement System Act of 1986 (Public Law 99–335; 100 Stat. 602) is amended— (1) by striking “and” at the end of subclause (IV); (2) by striking the period at the end of subclause (V) and inserting in lieu thereof “; and”; and (3) by adding after subclause (V) the following: “(VI) the provision of subsection (g) of section 8415 which relates to the minimum period of service required to qualify for the higher accrual rate under such subsection.”,
