ADMINISTRATION.
SEC. 107. ADMINISTRATION. (a) In General.—The Secretary shall administer all lands, waters, and interests therein acquired under section 106 pursuant to— (1) the provisions of the National Wildlife Refuge System Administration Act of 1966 (16 U.S.C. 668dd–668ee) and the Refuge Recreation Act (16 U.S.C. 460k–460k–4); and (2) the purposes for which the refuge is established, as set forth in section 104 of this Act. (b) Outreach and Education.—The Secretary shall work with, provide technical assistance to, provide community outreach and education programs for or with, or enter into cooperative agreements with private landowners. State and local governments or agencies, and conservation organizations to further the purposes for which the refuge is established, as set forth in section 104 of this Act. (c) Use of Other Authority.—The Secretary may utilize such other statutory authority as may be available to the Secretary for the conservation and development of wildlife and natural resources, the development of outdoor recreation opportunities, and interpretive 105 STAT. 1658 education, as the Secretary considers appropriate to carry out the purposes of the refuge as set forth in section 104 of this Act.
