SEC. 303. FEDERAL PAYMENTS UNDER MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR CERTAIN SERVICES INCLUDIBLE UNDER SUPPLEMENTARY MEDICAL INSURANCE PROGRAM. (a) (1) Section 1903(b)(2) of the Social Security Act. is amended by striking out “1967” and inserting in lieu thereof “1969”. (2) Section 222(d) of the Social Security Amendments of 1967 is amended by striking out “1967” and inserting in lieu thereof “1969”. (b) The amendments made by subsection (a) shall be effective with respect, to calendar quarters beginning after December 31, 1967.
