Emergency Fund, Southeast Asia For an additional amount for “Emergency Fund, Southeast Asia,” $3,750,950,000, and $2,345,000,000 reserved from obligation by the Secretary of Defense in accordance with Public Law 90–218, is hereby made available, pursuant to section 200 of that law, for use in the fiscal year 1908 to offset special Vietnam costs: Provided, That funds made available under this head may also be used in connection with military activities in the Republic of Korea.
