Extension Service cooperative extension work, payments and expenses Not to exceed $273,000 shall be released from the amount, reserved, under the appropriation granted under this head, pursuant to Public Law 90–218, for increased pay and postage costs as may be necessary in the sub appropriations under such appropriation.
