Statistical Reporting Service salaries and expenses For all additional amount for “Salaries and expenses”, $419,000, to be derived by transfer from the amount reserved, under the appropriation for “Salaries and expenses”, Agricultural Research Service, pursuant to Public Law 90–218: Provided, That the amount of $89,000 reserved, under the appropriation granted under this head, pursuant to Public Law 90–218, shall be released for increased postage costs.
