Sec. 103. (a) Public Law 89–188, as amended, is amended under the heading “Inside the United States”, in section 101, as follows: (1) Under the subheading “continental united states. Less Army Materiel Command (First Army)” with respect to “Fort Devens, Massachusetts”, strike out “$11,964,000” and insert in place thereof “$13,258,000”. (2) Under the subheading “continental united states. Less Army Materiel Command (First Army)” with respect to “United States Military Academy, West Point, New York”, strike out “$18,089,000” and insert in place thereof “$20,635,000”. (3) finder the subheading “continental united states, Less Army Materiel Command (Second Army)” with respect to “Fort Knox, Kentucky”, strike out “$15,422,000” and insert in place thereof “$15,511,000”. (b) Public Law 89–188, as amended, is amended by striking out in clause (1) of section 602 “$254,399,000” and “$311,260,000” and inserting “$260,925,400” and “$317,786,000”, respectively.
