Sec. 603. Nothing contained in this Act and nothing contained in section 603 of Public Law 90–110 (81 Stat. 279, 3041 shall be deemed to affect the cost limitations provided in section 502(f) of Public I jaw 89–188 (79 Stat. 793, 813) with respect to construction of family housing units at the United States Military Academy, West Point.
