Sec. 606. The first sentence of section 515 of Public Law 84—161 (69 Stat. 324, 352) as amended, is amended by striking out “1968 and 1969” and inserting in lieu thereof “1969 and 1970”, and by adding the following sentence at the end thereof: “As to any such housing facilities to be leased at or near Port Leavenworth, Kansas, the numbered conditions set forth hereinabove shall not apply.”
