limitation on high-rise structures in low-rent public housing projects Sec. 207. Section 15 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 is amended by adding at the end thereof (after the new paragraph added by section 204 of this Act) the following new paragraph: “(c) Except in the case of housing predominantly for the elderly, upon enactment of this paragraph, the Secretary shall not approve high-rise elevator projects for families with children unless he makes a determination that there is no practical alternative.”
