Sec. 205. The project for Hood protection at Ironton, Ohio, authorized by the Flood Control Act of August 28, 1937, is hereby modified so as to provide for the installation by the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, of aluminum closure structures at gates numbered 10, 17, and 18, located at Second and Orchard Streets, Second Street west of Storms Creek, and Second and Ellison Streets, respectively, at an estimated cost of $58,000.
