Sec. 108. (a) Steele Bayou, in Warren, Issaquena, Sharkey, and Washington Counties, Mississippi, Washington Bayou, in Issaquena and Washington Counties, Mississippi, and Lake Washington, in Washington County, Mississippi, are hereby declared to be nonnavigable within the meaning of the laws of the United States. (b) The project for navigation on Steele Bayou, Washington Bayou, and Lake Washington, authorized by the Rivers and Harbors Acts of July 5, 1884, August 5, 1886, and June 25, 1910, is hereby deauthorized.
