extension of construction authorization Sec. 401. (a) Section 704 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 292c) is amended by striking out “and” after “$50,000,000”; and by inserting “$20,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970, and $30,000,000 for the next fiscal year,” after “$280,000,000,”. (b) Section 705(a) of such Act (42 U.S.C. 293) is amended by striking out “1968” and inserting in lieu thereof “1970”.
