Limitation on Administrative Expenses, Revolving Fund (Liquidating Programs) During the current fiscal year not to exceed $100,000 shall be available for administrative expenses, but this amount shall be exclusive of expenses necessary in the case of defaulted obligations to protect the interests of the Government.
