Demonstrations and Intergovernmental Relations model cities programs For financial assistance and administrative expenses in connection with planning and carrying out comprehensive city demonstration programs, as authorized by title I of the Demonstration Cities and Metropolitan Development Act of 1966 (80 Stat. 1255–1261), including $312,500,000 for grants for urban renewal projects within approved city demonstration programs, to be transferred to and merged with the appropriation “Urban renewal programs” for the fiscal year 1969 in accordance with and subject to the provisions of section 113 of said Act, $625,000,000 : Provided, That the amount appropriated herein for other than urban renewal programs shall remain available until June 30, 1970.
