Payment to Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund For financing the estimated cost of new and increased annuity benefits, during the current fiscal year, as provided by part III of Public Law 87–793 (76 Stat. 868), $72,000,000, to be credited to the civil service retirement and disability fund.
