Salaries and Expenses, Telecommunications For expenses necessary for the conduct of telecommunications functions assigned to the Director of Telecommunications Management, including services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, $1,675,000: Provided, That not to exceed $500,000 of the foregoing amount shall remain available for telecommunications tidies and research until expended.
