Section 901(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 299a) is amended by striking out “and” before “$200,000,000” and by inserting after “June 30, 1968,” the following: “$65,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1969, and $120,000,000 for the next fiscal year,”.
