advisory council members Sec. 105. (a) Section 905(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 299e) is amended by striking out “twelve” and inserting in lieu thereof “sixteen”. (b) Section 905 (b) of such Act is amended by striking out “and four at the end of the third year” and inserting in lieu thereof “four at the end of the third year, and four at the end of the fourth year”.
