provision for within-state equalization in state-imposed requirements for financial participation of project applicants Sec. 302. Subsection (a) of section 303 of the National Defense Education Act of 1958 is amended by striking out the period at the end of paragraph (5) and inserting in lieu thereof “; and”; and by inserting at the end of such subsection the following new paragraph: “(6) sets forth any requirements imposed upon applicants for financial participation in projects assisted under this part, including any provision for taking into account, in such requirements, 82 Stat. 1053the resources available to any applicant for such participation relative to the resources for participation available to all other applicants.”
