extension of program Sec. 311. (a) Section 402(a) of the National Defense Education Act of 1958 is amended by striking out “two succeeding fiscal years” and inserting in lieu thereof “seven succeeding fiscal years”. (b) Section 403(a) of such Act is amended by striking out “three succeeding fiscal years” and inserting in lieu thereof “eight succeeding fiscal years”.
