extension of program Sec. 331. (a) Subsections (a) and (b) of section 601 of the National Defense Education Act of 1958 are each amended by striking out “1968” and inserting in lieu thereof “1971”. (b) Section 603 of such Act is amended by striking out “and” before “$18,000,000” and by inserting after “1968,” the following: “$16,050,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1969, $30,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970, and $38,500,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1971”.
