extension of developing institutions program Sec. 221. Section 301(b) (1) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 is amended by striking out “and” after “1967,” and by inserting after “1968,” the following: “the sum of $35,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1969, the sum of $70,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970, and the sum of $91,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1971,”.
