SEC. 322. CORRECTION OF ERROR IN DATE. Sections 409, 410(a), 410(b), 410(c), and 411(e) of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 (7 U.S.C. 1736c, 1736d(a), 1736d03), 1736d(c), and 1736e(e)) are each amended by striking “the date of enactment of this Act” and inserting “November 28, 1990”.
