extension of program Sec. 241. Section 601 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 is amended— (1) in subsection (b), by striking out “and” after “1967,” and by inserting after “1968,” the following: “$13,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1969, and $60,000,000 for each of the two succeeding fiscal years,”; (2) in subsection (c), by striking out “and” after “1966,” and by inserting after “for the succeeding fiscal year,” the following: “$1,500,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1969, and $10,000,000 for each of the two succeeding fiscal years,”; and (3) by striking out subsection (d).
