(a) Sections 107(b) and 401(d) of the Higher Education Facilities Act of 1963 are each amended (1) by striking out “33⅓ per centum” and inserting in lieu thereof “50 per centum” and (2) by striking out “40 per centum” and inserting in lieu thereof “50 per centum”. (b) Section 202(b) of such Act is amended by striking out “33⅓ per centum” and inserting in lieu thereof “50 per centum”.
