SEC. 327. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 602. Section 602(a) of the Agricultural Trade Act of 1978 (7 U.S.C. 5712(a)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking “designate as produced” and inserting “designate produced”; and (2) in paragraph (2), by striking “in accordance with subsection (c)”.
